「Clean but air did not work correctly. Everything felt really cheap.」

「Property is old, tired and smells musty. Breakfast was not well prepared or presented. They had to send someone out to buy bread for toast.」

「The view, well, the snowy downtown was the best I could enjoy!」

「The TV in my room was not working. The young receptionist came down to my room to help. After trying again, unsuccessfully, she carried a working set down to my room and exchanged for the one not working. She was very apologetic, and so very kind.」

「This little hotel was just wonderful! The scenic decks overlooking the Ohio River were so enjoyable! And we loved the Halloween decorations! The staff was super personable. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was nice and we loved how they enclosed part of the deck so you could enjoy the view and have your breakfast but still stay warm. The little bar was well supplied and the prices were good. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madison.」

「Courteous staff and the room was outstanding. It was our second stay at the inn. Everything is first class. We highly recommend it.」

「The staff at check in wasn't too friendly, I handed over my id and instead of just handing it back it was placed on the counter once they were done so I had to reach over and pick it up. Nothing was said like here you go or I'm finished with that etc. I thought to myself that was odd but okay then same thing with my room key, said room #, then went into asking about how many were staying, breakfast etc. I get it some people dont want to touch things or whatever the reason but you can wear gloves...

「As a single woman traveling alone, I was given a room that connected to another person‘s room. Even though there was a dead bolt, it made me uncomfortable. Also, it was very noisy with the traffic.」

「The property was in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants and the river walk. Really enjoyed walking downtown. The room was nice. We like having a kitchenette. It could have been a little quieter. Could hear the upstairs shower and water running. But over all like this place to stay.」
