Privacy!! The whole private 1493 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house and large yard with picnic table on a corner lot that borders private woods, wildlife and a quiet dead end street. Only 1 block walking distance to all the action such as, the Historic Colonial Theater & Rek-Lis restaurant with scenic mount Washington views from Main Street/route 302 with quaint shops and eateries in Bethlehem Village such coffee and antique shops along with free Gazebo music concerts in the Summer, close to snowmobile, hiking and bike trails also. Home is Sanitized between guests with clorox/lysol wipes, also Alcohol and peroxide cleaned. All bed linens washed between guests. Highest peak East of the Rockies with fresh mountain air. In the heart of the Beautiful White Mountains. Why drive when you can walk! Close to all White Mountain 4 season attractions, snowmobile, hiking,

Bears are out of Hibernation during Summer and Fall looking for food. Please put extra trash in Utility room near back door until Tues. mornings when we move trash and recycable barrels
Continued: Truck trash pickup on Tuesday mornings. We will move empty trash barrels to the street
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We supply a clean dog bed. bowls and pet waste bags if requested. If dog likes to chew we will supply a dog kennel. Max of 2 dogs

Great Family Vacation Spot

This was our 2nd time staying here and we were very happy to be back. Very comfortable accommodations for our family of 4 and perfect location for visitong the sites in the mountains.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great time in the White Mountains during our stay at Bear Crossing. The property had everything we needed and had ample space for our family of 4. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and made for a great family vacation. We hope to stay again!

Lovely stay!

We had an a wonderful stay. The home was very well cleaned and welcoming. Perfect spot to walk into town and just 15min drive to ski Bretton Woods. We look forward to returning!

What a terrific property! We had an amazing stay at Bear Crossing. From booking to check out, the process was seamless and the owners were so communicative and friendly. It's a great property -- quiet, clean, well stocked! We had a blast. Highly recommend!

This home had everything we needed. It is very comfortable with enough space to rest and just hang out. We enjoyed this home and it was the perfect location for us to see many sights in the area without going too far. The restaurant one block away was fantastic.

Cozy getaway

We came to see the Eclipse and found our future go to spot. Clean and fully equipped with anything you might need and hadn't thought of, like board games for the kids. The owner is friendly and very focused on the renters having a great time

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was great, the house was well stocked and all the little details were thought of. The pictures online make it kind of hard to grasp the layout but we were pleasantly surprised with the space. Two adult couples and two teens had plenty of room to hang out together, but also enough room to spread out and wind down!

Wonderful little family get away

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The price was great and the host was very communicative. She let us know things to do in the area and checked in throughout the stay. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. We were able to bring our small dog which made planning the trip even easier. The host provided bowls and a bed which made our dog (and us) very happy. Before we'd left I'd already looked at other dates to book this property! Highly recommend!

Quiet town in White Mountains

Nice home in a convenient locations for White Mountain adventures. A quick 15 minute drive to Littleton and Franconia to get and do everything that you need or want to do. Host was very accessible. We brought our dogs which was a nice bonus.

Bethlehem stay

Clean, comfortable home in a very convenient location. Owner was responsive and provided great info on area. Pet friendly with beds, bowls, and outdoor run provided. The only drawback was the 15 steps to get to door, which would only have been a problem if older relatives had stayed with us.

Great stay - wonderful host

We stayed a couple of days with a few friends to climb Mount Washington. Everything was as expected. We loved the town and the proximity to the mountains. The host was was very responsive and very nice. Everything required was on site. We loved the bear theme and the classic radio in the living room! Strongly recommend!

Perfect for Cannon Mountain

Great Host! Marilyn goes above and beyond for her guests. The place is 12 minutes to cannon mountain. Roomy house where a family of 5 had plenty of room. Most importantly, the house is clean. Marilyn was a great communicator with every detail from booking to checkout. Book this house - you will not regret it.

Perfect stay for tree peepers

Great house. Larger than we expected. Well stocked kitchen (although we couldn't find the coffee-maker). There was a Keurig. Great location. Hundreds of bears around the house, but none in the wild. Air conditioners must be nice in the summer, but in the fall we missed being able to open the windows in the bedrooms.

Bear Crossing is family friendly property in a super convenient Bethlehem location! I loved that you could walk to all of the downtown restaurants and attractions in minutes. Wonderful hiking and biking trails were also minutes away. I enjoyed the convenience of having a well stocked property. All of the bedding and towels you could ask for. We ate out almost every meal, I could see that the kitchen was well stocked. We never ran out of coffee cups or drinking glasses! The air-conditioning was a plus, the weather was hot during our visit. Two full bathrooms were very clean and convenient for a family of four. Marilyn was a welcoming and gracious host. I appreciated her quick response to my question. My only suggestion would be to improve the mattress in the master and leave some space in dressers and closets for your guest to unpack. Thanks for a lovely holiday at Bear Crossing!
