"We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! "Beautiful clean house, very spacious. Particularly liked the sun room, for relaxing and chatting. Kitchen & dining area were well set out with every utensil you can imagine. My dog loved the garden and the beach which was a stones throw away from the property. Great communication from Kate although we didn’t need to contact her as everything was laid out as instructed. We all had a fantastic time & wished we could have stayed longer!"

"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. "Room and bathroom were small. Shower cubicle was uncomfortably small. However all adequate for a couple of nights. See view was as promised. The downside of the room being at the front was that one night's sleep was interrupted by people on the terrace until the early hours."
