Last min trip to Sunday River for ski racing, feel lucky up have found this listing only 5 min from the hill! Was a little tentative to book this since it was new, and had no reviews but it didn't disappoint! Plenty of room and more amenities than shown! They have a great mudroom with a ski rack for 10 skis, plus a heavy duty boot and glove dryer which was awesome! The living space was perfect, large open concept great room with the dining table in the middle. On top of the arcade, they had a foosball table (which our kids loved). Comfy couch and decently stocked kitchen which was perfectly sufficient for cooking all our meals but bring your own spices and seasoning. Coffee station was quite cute! Bedrooms were great and lots of space, plenty of pillows and towels. They even had a futon in the living area for one extra bed if needed. Could definitely fit more than 10, just not in the hot tub, that's more like 6! The experience overall was perfect and would definitely rebook
