Sea Colony amenities available includes 12 pools, one of the pools is directly across the street from the townhouse), tennis facilities, fitness center, and marketplace, featuring outdoor fountain, restaurants, and ice cream parlor. One of the pools is steps from the front door. The Sea Colony Tram allows access to all areas of the community and the nearest stop is across the street.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogies boards can be rented by day or for the week at the beach or you may pack your own.
LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH RENTAL. FAMILY MUST PACK BEACH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS, TWO SETS OF QUEEN SHEETS AND TWO SETS OF TWIN SHEETS. NO PETS OR SMOKING.
Guest badges are required to be purchased at Sea Colony for use of the amenities. This includes access to the beaches, pools, tennis courts and fitness center. Each guest badge costs $45 for the week (adults and children over 4). Parking passes are required and are available from the same office. A minimum of three badges must be purchased if two parking permits are required. Both badges and passes are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shop in the Market Place with proper rental documentation.
