Inside, the living area boasts high, vaulted ceilings, a roomy entertainment space with a flatscreen TV, and access to a screened-in porch furnished with an electric grill. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space the family chef needs to assemble a world-class meal to serve at the glass top dining table with seating for four. When it's time to get some shuteye, the main level includes two bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
