    Just minutes to Bethany Beach (or hop on the seasonal trolley) and a stroll to local eateries (including Grottos, DiFebos's and more), this two-story 3-bedroom (and den), 2.5-bath townhome in Loggerhead offers a great base camp for your next beach adventure! In addition to the patio, this coastal getaway's main level features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom and the den, while the top floor is home to a full hallway bathroom (with jetted tub) and all three bedrooms, including the master suite (with a walk-in shower and a sundeck of its own). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.6 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Notes: This Loggerhead townhome is next to Route 26, so guests may hear some traffic noise. Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great location! Beach shuttle is right outside your door! Provided bikes and there’s a bike trail nearby.

Nice clean place

Very easy check in and check out. The place is very clean and has nice amenities. Layout was comfortable for our family. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 kids room downstairs. Very nice to have access to the garage to store our bikes.

Great House & Location, but…

Great townhome in an amazing location! Plenty of space and overall good comfort. The home itself could use a deep cleaning, some refreshing, everything had layers of dirt and grime. This was the second time we have rented the home and the dirt, stained furniture, etc. was just that much worse, where’s the upkeep from the owner? Overall a good home, just needs some much overdue tlc!!!

The hot tub was broken when we arrived we contacted Vacasa the moment we arrived to tell them and...

Vacasa never sent anyone to repair it. The cleaning crew was there until after 5 the day we arrived and would not let us in. The fact that it allows 8 people and only two parking spaces was rough as there is no where even close to park additional cars. Aside from that we really liked the home and had a good time.

Could Not Get In

This is a nice home, clean with good accommodations (although an ironing board and hair dryer would be appreciated). However, arrived on first day at 9:30 pm and code on door did not work. Took an hour and 45 minutes for someone to show up with a key to let us in while we, very tired, just sat in the car. We could not go anywhere and wait because management insisted that they could not give us a time when person would be coming and refused to give us number so that we could communicate with person coming. So forced to wait in the driveway. Not satisfactory.
