The Arizona Dream is a detached wooden-frame house with a unique decor, located 50 meters from the main farmhouse. You have all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay in any season, thanks to reversible air conditioning and a wood stove. The house offers a large, bright living room with a fitted kitchen area, a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom, and separate toilets.
Facing the olive trees, you can enjoy the outdoors with a wooden terrace, a plancha, and lounge chairs.
Please note that cleaning and bed linen are not included in the rental. The accommodation must be cleaned by you before departure. If cleaning is not done, a cleaning deposit will be requested at the beginning of your stay and may be cashed at the end. Bed linen can be rented on request and is to be paid for on site.
The owners' swimming pool is shared with another rental and accessible daily from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Access to the pool is prohibited for unaccompanied minors and it is closed from November to May.
Just 10 minutes from the charming town of Barjac, you are also close to major tourist sites such as the Ardèche Gorges, Chauvet Cave, Vallon Pont d’Arc, the villages of Vogüé, Montclus, Aiguèze, as well as in the heart of the Ardèche vineyards and the markets of Les Vans and Barjac.
We have two other cottages on the property, for a maximum capacity of 11 people, making it an ideal option for a family or friends' gathering. This way, you enjoy your privacy while sharing convivial moments as you wish. Visits, relaxation, sports activities, and tastings await you during your stay.
