Laundry room (washing machine). Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm). Accessible shower room with WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm). Bedroom 3 (2 single beds 90x190cm). WC. Mezzanine with relaxation area (sofa bed and TV). Baby equipment. Private unfenced garden. Terrace. Awning. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Barbecue. Table tennis. Swing set. Petanque court. Electric heating: 8 kWh/day included, additional consumption charged according to the meter. Bed linen and towels available for hire. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee (if guests do not opt for the cleaning package, the cottage must be left in the same condition as upon arrival; otherwise, the owners reserve the right to charge €60). Located between Villedieu-les-Poêles, the copper-making town, and the St. Sever forest, this comfortable rental enjoys a remarkable setting. Your neighbors, the goats, will always be the first to greet you! A pleasant sunken lane leads you on foot to the village center, where you'll find a bar/grocery store, a bakery, and a restaurant. You can also enjoy the free municipal mini-golf course just a short distance away, as well as a football pitch and a playground. Anne-Sophie, the owner, will share her joy of living in the Normandy countryside with you; she fell in love with the area so much that she left her native Belgium! The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
