"Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the sightseeing, but away from the crowds. In walking distance to restaurants, bakery and butcher. The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. Big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, we loved it. Cons: Everything was fine. The railroad is close to the property, but it did not bother us."

Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum: ruhig, wunderschön und perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Jeden Tag konnten wir die herrliche Umgebung genießen und uns vollkommen entspannen. "This is a very cute home in an authentic neighborhood -the home has some very nice touches. Bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen workable for meals. It is reasonably convenient location. There is a nice outdoor patio to sit in the evening.Couple of things kept us from rating it excellent-while there is a washer on property, there’s no dryer which makes doing laundry difficult and while we were provided transit passes for the area, the bus routes are not convenient.One final...

"I knew what I was buying after reading reviews. The hotel is right in the center of the tourist area and very convenient to all sites. Neat old hotel but modernized and usually ok with no ac. However some of the hottest days This week mid upper eighties so a bit warm at night but I didn’t mind. Quite nights a plus after a busy tourist days. Wonderful staff, great location and breakfast great. I would stay again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property. The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."

"The hotel was slightly quirky which we loved. Really clean room and everything you would need and more. We had a family room which was really spacious and had some great features. Breakfast was excellent, really extensive with options for everyone. The parking was fantastic. Others had said it was tight but it was absolutely fine and great use of the space. The staff were really helpful and kind. The location was perfect for all the local sights and the restaurants in the evening. Thank you for a great stay."
