No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. Had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Underfloor heating was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Rosemary was very welcoming and left us a beautiful lemon cake in the kitchen. Don't think I've seen so many excellent reviews on any property and they are all well deserved.
