「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but needed some repair work on the walls. The pool was closed and I didn’t go to the workout room. Breakfast looked fine but I didn’t eat there. Overall it was a good experience for me and I stayed on two separate occasions.」

「The stay was pretty good. The AC needs to be updated. The mobile AC unit on the main floor is not sufficient to keep the unit comfortable. The bathroom has 0 ventilation and is very hot most of the time.」

She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

「The room 713 had bed bugs, we went to bed and quickly discovered the bed was crawling with bed bugs and we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Would not recommend!」

「Pool was not open no breakfast and the room was disgusting the lady at desk was so rude and u could tell she didn't care that I was telling her the room was disgusting she tried to say the reason why I was going to leave was because I found a better cheaper price at a better hotel but that's not the case I didn't look for another hotel till I got into the room and it was nasty I would never ever go back there again and I would never recommend anyone to go there」

「First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. It didn’t get fixed during our stay. The shower chair (in a handicap room) was put together backwards. Had to go to the main...
