Welcome to Villa MaBri!

Your holiday home in the Ardèche, where comfort and enjoyment are paramount. Whether you are staying with family or with friends, your vacation will be one that you will look back on with pleasure! Villa MaBri is located in picturesque Berrias-et-Casteljau, 12km from the lively town of Les Vans and 21km from the famous Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Whether you want to enjoy the heated private pool, have a glass of wine from the region on the terrace or play a game of petanque with a Pastis in hand: everything is possible, nothing is necessary!


Villa MaBri has 4 spacious airconditioned bedrooms: 3 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining area, kitchen with utility room opening onto the partly covered and partly open terrace, heated swimming pool (10mx5m), pool house with extra toilet and large enclosed garden with petanque area.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome, because as part of the family he or she is also entitled to a good holiday!

Cette maison est certainement l'une des meilleures où nous avons séjourné. Malgre une meteo parfois maussade nous avons pu profité des équipements de la maison et de la piscine chauffée. La maison est parfaitement clôturée pour notre chienne.

Deuxième année que nous allons dans la Villa Mabri très belle endroit bien sécurisé pour les animaux. Un grand plus cette année avec la clim, le linge de lit et les serviettes fournis part le propriétaire. Petit point negatif a la fin du séjour la concierge qui n est pas honnête sur l etat des lieux.

Villa parfaite pour 8 personnes. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses, l'espace de vie également. La terrasse couverte est très appréciable, et le petit bonus est la piscine chauffée.. La maison est très bien équipée, du lit bébé et chaise haute à la machine à laver, deux frigos et tous les ustensiles... Merci beaucoup

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette superbe villa (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Cette dernière est très bien équipée, spacieuse, propre, moderne et un plus pour les 2 salles de bains et les 4 chambres. Un plaisir de profiter chaque jour de la piscine et des extérieurs en général. Idem pour la partie terrasse couverte. Idéale pour y manger à chaque repas, peu importe la météo. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est très réactif en cas de questions. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain ! La région est top également. Possibilité de faire beaucoup d'activités, visites, balades, à environ 20 minutes de route. Adresse à retenir 😊

Super séjour en famille. Merci à Rita pour son accueil chaleureux. Merci également à Christophe toujours à l'écoute de ses locataires. La villa est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnelle. Côté équipement tout y est, le lave vaisselle a été apprécié !! Notre séjour s'est déroulé merveilleusement bien. La piscine est un vrai plus, qui vient en complément des baignades dans les rivières. Idéalement située près de plusieurs sites à voir, nous avons pu visiter sans faire trop de route. L'endroit est super calme et reposant. Nous y reviendrons ! Et recommandons vivement cette location.
