「快適で、清潔なホテルでした。ベルンカステルを観光するなら、抜群の立地。朝食も素晴らしかったです。ただし、不満有り。紹介されていた、シャトルバスサービスが無かったこと。最寄り駅からベルンカステルまでタクシーで20分かかるので、そのサービスが決め手だけに残念。予約前に確認すべきでしたが、その点をカバーする程の満足できるホテルです。もう1つ、支払い時にホテルのカード読取りの機の故障で、現金払いになったこと。仕方ないのですが…」

「Hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially as foreign travelers, we are not familiar with the area. They would assist us in making reservations and helping us get around easily. The parking was very convenient and the same price that it is throughout the town so we took advantage of the convenience. Overall, the hotels in a central location with very beautiful areas to walk-through and explore the town. Certainly would go again.」
