Located just steps from the sea, this charming apartment is the ideal place for your seaside getaway. You will be able to enjoy its sunny loggia with a view on the private green spaces of the residence.
We offer you a 44 m² apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. The apartment is composed of a living-dining room, an independent equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, independent WC.
Closed garage. Sheets and towels are extra.

Le Pavois "Agréable, pratique pour un court séjour avec mes petits enfants. 🙂 L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. La cuisine est petite, mais l'ensemble des équipements sont opérationnels et propres. Le personnel de la ""conciergerie des terres de nacre"" est très ponctuel et sympathique. Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Certainement à renouveler dans un appartement plus grand. 🙁 Avoir une cuisine plus grande, ce qui me semble absolument pas réaliste, l'on ne peut pas pousser les murs ! La météo, pas toujours favorable, mais vous n'y pouvez rien."

Le Pavois "🙂 Super bien équipé, tout le matériel nécessaire soif draps , serviettes, savon, gel de douche. Lits confortables, très proche de la plage, bon emplacement proche saint aubin côté Hotel Saint Aubin. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. 🙁 Je n'ai pas apprécié ne pas avoir les draps!"

Le Pavois "Typische strand accommodatie 🙂 De accommodatie is een ietwat gedateerd vakantie appartement nabij de zee. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt voldoende comfort voor vier personen. De boulevard en het strand zijn makkelijk te bereiken en een parkeerplek is eenvoudig te vinden. 🙁 De accommodatie wordt door een bureau verhuurd hetgeen de communicatie niet eenvoudig maakt. De jonge dame die de sleutels overhandigde was heel vriendelijk maar bleek nauwelijks Engels te spreken, hetgeen zeker via de telefoon tot enige onduidelijkheid heeft geleid."

Le Pavois "Je reviendrai les yeux fermés. 🙂 L’emplacement est top avec la sortie de résidence en accès direct à la plage. J’ai particulièrement aimé. Les deux chambres avec lits doubles , c’était parfait pour mon fils de 18 ans et moi-même. J’ai beaucoup apprécié également . L’appartement est très bien insonorisé et la résidence est très calme. Malgré des grosses chaleurs, l’appartement est resté frais. Dès que je reviendrai en Normandie, c’est cet appartement que je réserverai. Abordable et simple. Grâce à cela, j’ai trouvé mon pied à terre en Normandie. 🙁 Manque un lave-vaisselle, mais ça se comprends. La cuisine est petite. Elle reste malgré tout pratique."

Logement très confortable, au calme et tout près de la plage. Il serait juste plus pratique d'avoir deux trousseaux de clefs quand on est deux mais que l'on n'a pas les mêmes activités.

Logement très bien situés et agréables, malgré l'humidité dû au froid extérieur. Le concierge nous à paru très froid et trop distant. Il aurait pu avoir un petit mot agréable etun peu plus de patience. Manque sourire
