"Very nice property in a good location. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The be is very comfortable and the kitchen with the coffee maker is very convenient. We had an issue with the lockbox and couldn’t get the keys. After trying for a while we had to contact the manager by FaceTime and at the end the code we were given was invalid. At the checkout time we had the same problem. The other issue was that shower, it is a very small area. "

"The staff was so welcoming, especially Christophe who checked us in, gave us great local food recommendations, and ideas for activities. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 13 nights, and every time we returned "home", we were always warmly welcomed. The room was always neat and tidy, with the in-room drinking water and coffee supplies refreshed every day. The breakfast at Hotel des Arts is fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of choices. I used the exercise room a few times, and it was clean and well cared for like everything else in the hotel. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice to stay there."

"The property is very close to the airport and very easy to get to on foot. The air conditioning was labouring but it was over 40 degrees in Paris the night of our visit. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Guests should be aware this is a self serve hotel. You check yourself in and out, you serve yourself meals. The only comment I have is that we booked a room on the first floor with a king size bed. It turned out to be a wheel chair accessible room. I think this should have been mentioned in the room description."

"The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. We went in June, and Paris was very hot, all day and well into the night, so I did get quite sweaty in bed and needed to keep the windows open(which then leads to bugs, so be careful). A hairdryer was listed as in the room but there was none, and when I mentioned it to the counter they said they'd have someone bring us one but never did. Not a big deal, but the wife could have used it."

"I think the roof-top bar gives you such a panoramic view of the city, simply breath-taking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very good. Room cleaning was interesting insofar as they do a basic cleaning but did not make the beds daily Kind of hit or miss. The outside area is typical Paris walk 5 meters away from the building and it is a little worn-out. But, that is due to the neighborhood is under redevelopment. Overall great location and stay."

"I was stranded in Paris after losing my passport. I stayed here one night because of the location at the airport. never could really get the air-conditioning to work well and the outlets would not charge my electronic with the European adaptor. Nice hotel but way too pricey. I was desperate."
