「The garden bar operated single handed by Tomelo was great. He could not be more helpful, informative and generally pleasant as well as being quick!! However The dining room staff require to take a leaf out of his book. At breakfast we found it necessary to remind them time and again to restock items on the buffet table and frequently we had to remind them to take our order or bring the coffee we had asked for. The could also be extremely raucous when guests were still dining.」

「Great location, loved the Rosebank mall area, lots to eat and shop. Central to everything I wanted to see. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet and pleasant area. Surprised by the lack of face cloths/wash clothes.」

「I enjoyed my stay.Very clean rooms, warm and friendly staff. I give it 5/5.」

「World-class Hotel and Spa with phenomenal, six star facilities and impeccable service. We were cocooned in a paradise on earth. A phenomenal experience all around! One of our favorite hotels on earth!」
