"Best hotel in the area. Only thing was that there's no people at the reception (I never saw any of them in my 10 nights stay) so in the case of urgency you need to text message them, of which response will be received the following morning. However, you can pick some necessary items such as towels, toilet papers 24/7 so I didn't get in trouble much tbh. It was so nice to be able to use the laundry 24/7 too. I'll defo come back"

"Perfect location for transit tourists! My hefty luggage put in at check-in, rode a train headed for city center, got back in, checked out to catch an early-bird flight. Convenience store nearby to buy snacks."

"ポツダム広場やベルリン・フィルハーモニーザールからも近い便利で巨大なホテル。コンベンション的な利用のされ方もしているようです。ヘラジカの置物が玄関にあり、ベルリンでなんでスカンジナビア風ということに引っ掛からなければ、朝のビュッフェもおいしく、種類も豊富なので３泊しても飽きが来ませんでした。ただ、フロントのスタッフのクオリティにばらつきがあり、非常によくしてくれた方もいる反面、無愛想かつ反応が遅すぎる（客が目の前にいるのに、待たせて延々とPC作業）なスタッフもいて、そこだけは気になった。"
