Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. We had to ask locals in the building to help us narrow it down, just to get inside. The only accurate part of this listing is the location, which is in the heart...

「Great place in the middle of the city center. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Great communication with the host. When we came it was rainy days and it was little complicated how to open the doors. However, thank you host for prompt response. 」

「Apartment was really clean, mostly quiet and in a good location. Host couldn't meet us in person for check-in but the instructions couldn't have been more clear and detailed. Public transport is excellent in Bilbao and there was a bus and tram stop a minute away which connected to the rest of the city. A great stay, would return if we were back in the city and would recommend.」
