「Very nice but could use some upgrades - overall ok for a quick affordable night」

「Enjoyed the visit. Nice place, clean and had plenty of pots, pans, etc along with paper products. Bed comfortable. Perfect for our weekend!」

「Nice house perfect for a group riding trails. Very quiet neighborhood and conveniently located.」

「What a relaxing space! Just what we were looking for. Plenty of space to spread out in and enjoy. I was shocked at how close to Sunday River it is and an easy drive. Quiet dead end road, large yard to play in, great fire pit area and there was a grill!!My favorite space was the enclosed porch, a great place to escape for some quiet time and coffee!Beautiful house, great host, and we definitely will put it on our return again list!」

「This house is stunning, all of the natural light was great! And the recommendation for hiking and local restaurants was very helpful.」

「The cabin and hot tub was a 10/0. So relaxing and inviting. We will be booking again for another visit.」

「We had an excellent stay at The Castle! Beautiful and cozy accommodations. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We didn't use the sauna, but the spa was decadent! It was very close to the mountain for skiing. (And parking at the Jordan lift made it almost as easy as ski-in/ski-out access). We also spent lots of time just enjoying the house, sitting by the fire, playing cribbage and just relaxing (especially nice after a day on the slopes). Our dog (a Corgi) also loved the house...

「Super cute, clean, convenient option for glamping near Sunday River! We were there for our anniversary. We only got to stay for one night, but we plan to return for a longer stay. We didn't get to have an outdoor fire because Maine is in a drought and everything is extremely dry, which is a wildfire hazard, but we...

「This was our second time staying at this property and it’s a great home with plenty of space for our whole group. There was a small issue with getting the correct code for check in but the office was very responsive and after a few calls we were able to get it in with no further problems. The house is well stocked and there’s plenty of games and some toys for the kids. The multiple bathrooms are so helpful since we were a larger group with several children. We will definitely stay again in the...

「Better than we expected! Home was spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable, - had everything we all needed and then some! Communication was easy, quick - any/all questions answered in a timely and very friendly manner. The property was amazing! Even in May, when it's not always "beautiful" outside, this property was well maintained - trails are well marked and easy to traverse. Plenty of space in the yard (certainly big enough to throw a football!) - LOVED the gravel around the home - no mud...
