Good location, We were on motorbikes so secure parking was a must and was good. Breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. Downside was no air conditioning it was extremely warm in the room. Other than that staff were really friendly and helpful.

There was some construction on the property, which moved the entry to another back door. It appears the hotel was repurposed from an old factory, which was neat to see. The room was great. It did get a little stuffy one day but has large windows and a fan. One minor inconvenience, the soaps for the sink and the shower were in gravity fed bottles. The sink soap wouldn't stop running, so left a puddle on the counter and was out of soap by the next day. I ran the Berlin marathon during this stay, and we checked out the morning of the race. They stored our bags during the race, and were kind enough to let me use the gym shower after the race, which was a life saver. I normally don't leave reviews, but I wanted to share the experience.

The hotel is alright for a short stay

No kettle or coffee making facilities no iron The place needs refurbishment carpets need cleaning and needs painting There is no restaurant in the evenings it only does breakfast the staff were lovely and very helpful good transport links into the central city currently there is building work going on

Hotel was under construction when we stayed there for two nights. It will be a very nice place after construction. Easy to reach by car, parking in the courtyard. Clean room, firm and comfortable beds, good shower. We basically just slept at the hotel and them spent time exploring the city. Recommend.

The service, location, cleanliness and hospitality is simply spectacular particularly after having been through such a terrible and frightening experience with OCAK APARTMENT AND HOTEL BERLIN where I stayed for 4 days. I was looking forward to a European hotel experience and what i got was horrific. You will never go wrong with a US hotel, for sure. I am going back to Berlin this May and will definitely book at Wyndham. Thank you for such a friendly and welcoming experience, Wyndham!

I booked a double room in middle of February 2024, and was at first shocked at the somewhat dilapidated entrance with bordered up windows. However, once we walked in to the main lobby, it felt like a cosy place to stay. The room was simple, elegant with a high ceiling, and well equipped save for the lack of an electric kettle. The breakfast buffet was widespread and delicious, which acted as a great start to our day in Berlin

So I got this at a knock down price and as such can't really complain too much. I'd read some pretty bad reviews but I would say "it's fine". The rooms are a decent size if a bit dated with some questionable quality fittings in places. No air con in the lowest category of room which was tough in the summer heat. The rooms were clean enough and quite comfortable otherwise. Nice shady yard. Facilities felt a bit of an afterthought, for instance the fitness room was hidden with an ironing room and also wasn't air conditioned. Area is fine in terms of transport links but not much to do locally.

I recently stayed in this hotel and I was traveling solo. In contrary to some of the reviews my stay was really good. Here is what I liked and what need some TLC: Convenient location: It’s not in central Berlin, however I got a great rate for the room so I gave it a try. It’s about 10 min walking from Bornhomer Stranbe train station which is about 6 stops from Brandenburger Tor (center). I still have it fresh in memory because I was just there a few days ago. In terms of safety, I don’t think I’ll navigate the area at night by myself but that is usually everywhere I go by myself. This area was populated mostly with middle eastern people from what I saw so this is what the food choices mostly are like Arab,Turkish etc. If you don’t want the hassle of traveling, book something closer to central. For me it was fine as I was using the public transportation all day long. If you are in a budget, this is a great option as the conditions were excellent/spacious room etc. TLC: The hotel needs some updates like the entrance glass needs fixing/the elevator was taking a little longer as it’s only one. If I find another great deal, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Kudos to reception: very polite

The staff were very nice and helpful when we asked to change rooms because we’re elderly and the walk to our first room was quite a distance from the elevator. The front staff changed our room and we were very grateful. The hotel construction outside is an eye sore, the inside is tired and needs some tlc. There is a nice bar and lounge area. The neighborhood is not convenient to shopping or the central part of the tourist areas. Also we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the area at night.
