We had a great stay. Very roomy and clean. The attention to detail was wonderful. They even left us a welcome bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect, comfortable, convenient, clean

This property was such a gem! We were so thankful to find that the pictures online were exactly what we saw upon entering the apartment. Every question we had was answered easily on the in home tablet. The beds were large and comfortable, the rain shower was heavenly after a long transatlantic flight! The building was close to the S-bahn and U-bahn making transport around Berlin a breeze. There were two grocery stores and a department store nearby. We were so thankful for this cozy easy place to stay!

Great Apartment

I was traveling with my sister and German friend from Hannover for a couple of days in Berlin. The apartment is fantastic and the service from the managing company was excellent. The few questions that we had were answered surprisingly quickly. The apartment had all of the necessities for travel and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom with basic essentials. The rooms were large with high ceilings and a lot of light. There is an elevator in the building although one needs to climb a few stairs to the apartment. And there is a vending machine in the building with some snacks and beer. The residence is two blocks from the metro and from a large supermarket. The neighborhood is in a culturally diverse area but did not feel unsafe. It is not near any of the main tourist areas but, as previously mentioned, it is close to a metro with easy access to them. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who likes to reside in a fantastic apartment in residential area of Berlin with easy access to the city center.

top wohnung in super zentraler lage

wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen, jeden tag gab es kleine geschenke, fast schon zu viel :Ddie wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet gewesen, 2 bäder sind okey, wir haben dann ab und zu wenn es eng wurde die gäste toilette im erdgeschoss genutzt. die lage ist super da man gleich die u-bahn und die s-bahn vor der haustür quasi hat. die sauberkeit und ordentlichkeit erinnert stark an ein hotel, also die sterne würde es aufjedenfall übertreffen. es ist ein sehr smartes system vor ort, mit tablet konnte man mühelos ersatz handtücher bestellen und am ausreisetag den check-out gemütlich vorbereiten. alles in allem sehr comfortabel und empfehlenswert besonders bei großen gruppen.
