  • The uniquely exclusive 4-star apartment (59 sqm) with stucco and parquet floors has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200 and a sofa bed 160/200, desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a large flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

    The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, including a ceramic hob, exhaust air system, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, milk, sugar and basic spices.
    The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 people.

    The shower bathroom with toilet and lattice radiator is equipped with a hair dryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

    The central heating is adjustable. All windows are fitted with external electrical blinds.
