Very good value for 1 night. Nice bed, average breakfast, spotless bedroom. Front desk staff seemed a bit lost. They went for a private conversation about our booking in the back room which was weird.

This was the best hotel we stayed at so far. There is covered garage parking, but it is $20 otherwise free street parking if you can find an open spot. The room is very nice and clean. Complimentary luxurious soap for hand and shower. The shower had lotsa room unlike in other places. I actually got sleep. Smart room. I highly recommend.

The room was not cleaned at all. The bedsheets are short therefore we could see hair all over the bed. Floor also was very dirty.I immediately informed staff about the condition of the room.They promised a deep cleaning however they didnt even clean the floor properly. The only good thing about the room was its size. Thats all.

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel in idealer Lage zum Flughafen! Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und ruhig – perfekt für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach dem Flug. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in unkompliziert. Besonders angenehm ist das gemütliche Bett und das tolle Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Preis-Leistung absolut top – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Bei der Ankunft war der Innenhof abgesperrt. Es fehlte jegliche Beschilderung, wie man vorgehen soll – z. B. fürs Ausladen der Koffer oder den Zugang zur Tiefgarage. So mussten wir im Halteverbot vor dem Hotel stehen und riskierten ein Knöllchen. Die Tiefgarage war an einem Tag so voll, dass nur noch die Behindertenparkplätze frei waren, trotz kostenpflichtiger Reservierung. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet und recht groß. Was jedoch fehlt, ist ein Schrank oder eine angemessene Ablagefläche für Kleidung, obwohl genug Platz vorhanden wäre – das erschwert das Auspacken und Verstauen unnötig. An der Rezeption und beim Frühstück wird nur sehr wenig, teils gebrochenes Deutsch gesprochen. Ohne Englisch oder Indisch ist man schnell aufgeschmissen. Eine bessere Durchmischung beim Personal wäre hier sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, was Auswahl und Qualität angeht. An einem Morgen war jedoch zu wenig Personal da, vieles war leer, die Kaffeemaschine hatte keine Milch mehr. Am anderen Morgen hingegen war alles top! Die Zimmerreinigung muss man aktiv für den Folgetag bis 15 Uhr bestellen. Wer das nicht weiß, wundert sich spätestens am zweiten Tag. Wenn man es dann bemerkt und nachbestellen will, ist es für den nächsten Tag meist schon zu spät. So gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) keine Reinigung zwischendurch. Auch auf den Fluren wurde nur selten gesaugt; dort lagen während des gesamten Aufenthalts Papierschnipsel herum.

0Sterne für dieses Hotel. Ich hinterfrage die Kompetenzen des Personals und der Führung. Das Personal ist Respektlos und unverschämt. Ich habe solch ein CheckIn noch nie erlebt. Des Weiteren war das Zimmer schmutzig. Und obendrein liegen dort Teebeutel und ein Wasserkoche, aber es fehlte eine Wasserflasche. Was erwartet dieses Hotel, dass man sich das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn befüllt?! Einfach grenzwertig, unverschämt und an Dreistheit nicht zu toppen. Keinen € wert.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und völlig überheizt. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht ganz öffnen um frische Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Ein Hotel das für eine Nacht geeinigt ist, aber definitiv nicht länger.
