駅直結の便利なホテル

ベルリン観光1泊2日で利用。ベルリン空港から電車一本でこれて、観光には便利な立地。朝食はつけなかったので、わかりませんが口コミではいいみたいです。次にベルリン来る際はまた泊まりたいと思います。

スーペリアルーム (Extra Large)に3泊。1泊当たり日本円で30000円程度。部屋は入ってTVのある８畳くらいのテーブルと椅子があり、その奥にTVとベッドルーム。バスはシャワーのみで湯舟無し。部屋は広くて清潔ですが、値段を考えると当たり前ですね。朝食は非常に充実しており、品数、味共に良いです。ただし26ユーロ、日本円で4000円程度しますので当たり前のサービスです。

清潔で便利！

出張で３泊利用しました。シンプルな部屋で掃除が行き届いており、部屋はもちろん館内どこもとてもきれいで快適にすごせました。アメニティも充実しています。フリードリヒシュトラーセ駅目の前で、ブランデンブルク門や博物館島も徒歩圏内です。周囲にカフェやレストランも多くて便利な立地です。

初めて訪れるベルリンだったので立地を重視してこちらのホテルを選びましたが、結果的に正解でした。電車、トラム、バスなどすべてにおいて便利でした。また、チェックイン時間より少し前にホテルに到着しましたが、部屋が空いていたので早めにチェックインできました。スタッフも親切です。部屋の中も広さは充分ですし、清掃も問題ありませんでした。また利用したい。Thank you!

ホテルは、便利な場所にありとても良かったです。ただ、スッタフがルーズ。掃除のスタッフは、掃除道具が残ったまま、タクシーの手配を依頼したのに、実際は手配されてなかったし、受け付けに人は基本1人しかいないので何をするにも常に待たされるという基本的な部分でとっても残念。

総合的に高評価です

3駅（Sバーン、Uバーン、トラム）至近で、商業施設も多く、立地は最高です。朝食は種類豊富で、大変美味しいです。今回泊まった4ホテルの中では生野菜が圧倒的に多く、全般的に最高でした。レストランも日差しが入り開放的でいい雰囲気でした。部屋はコンパクトですが、清潔で機能的です。エスプレッソマシンと湯沸かしケトルがあり、助かりました。アメニティは日本のビジネスホテルと比べると少なめですが、ドイツの同等の中では充実している方では。エアコン付きでしたが、夏でも夜はかなり冷え込みます。冷房から切り替えられず、勝手に22度設定になり、風邪をひいてしまいました。毛布を借りましたが、これはかなり暖かかったです。この点以外は価格も含めて満足度が非常に高く、ベルリンに行く機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

ファミリールームに泊まりました。ベッドが二つあり家族4人で泊まりました。アメニティはありますがスリッパはありません。フロントスタッフのかたの対応も大変良かったです。朝食も豊富でおいしかったです。駅の真前でアクセスも非常によく、周辺もお店が多くて便利でした。

Reception problem

One of reception ladies was very bad attitude. She gave us the room key without any information even breakfast time and venue. And also the time of check In & Out, the reception had a long queues. We missed the train. However the room was enough space and very clean and a breakfast was very nice. So totally good.

１泊なら空調不良も我慢出来ますが、5連泊だったので空調については、喉の痛みに繋がり不満でした。設備は2年前にリニューアルしたそうで、NHらしい内装と清潔感でした。レストランのスッタフは目配りがあり良かったのですが、レセプションは顧客の要望に対する理解力が不足していて、ドイツではそれが当たり前という返事をされ、要望に対して直ぐには努力してくれませんでした。

駅近で便利

多くの路線が通っているフリードリッヒ通り駅のすぐ近くで、とても便利でした。内装は赤をポイントにした今風のデザインなので、好き嫌いは分かれるかもしれません。事前にメールでどうしても浴槽付きの部屋にして欲しい旨を書いたら、快く応じてくれました。

駅近く、きれいなホテル

フリードリッヒシュトラーセ駅からすぐで分かりやすく、観光に便利な場所です。空港行きのTXLのバス停がすぐ近くで、徒歩5分程度（ウンターデンリンデン×フリードリッヒシュトラーセ）駅の中に、スーパーやお店がたくさん入っていて、日曜日OPENのお店もあります。お部屋もとてもきれいで、基本的なアメニティはもちろん、ハンドクリームなどドイツらしさがあったり、冷蔵庫、ポット（紅茶、ネスプレッソ付き！）もあります。また、浴室のタオル乾燥ヒーターがあったり、長旅にはとてもうれしかったです。

ベルリンではウンターデンリンデン、フリードリヒ通り周辺にいつも泊まるようにしているが、NHはウィーンやその他でも何度か経験あり、ここもとてもきれいで快適だった。朝食は6時からで、９時のフライトに間に合うようにジャストで入ったが、ビュッフェは豊富で素晴らしかった。一つ残念だったのは、スーツケースを広げるスタンドがなかったこと。

早めのチェックインでしたが、レセプションの方が気持ちよく対応して、部屋を直ぐ準備して頂きました。ホテルのロケーションは抜群で、鉄道駅、トラム駅の目の前でした。ショッピングやブランデンブルク門等の観光するにも徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

観光するベースのホテルとしてはとても良いロケーションだと思います！

宿泊客は欧米の方が多いです。朝食がとても充実していますので、必ず付けた方が良いです。日本から折りたたみ自転車(BD-1)を持って行きましたが、部屋まで問題無く持ち込めます。フリードリッヒ・シュトラーゼ駅の直ぐ近くでレストランも近くにありますが、 (夕飯で２回行きました。) おすすめはシュプレー側を沿いのビヤホール通りまで歩いて行くのが良いです。五月は初夏で気温も高く過ごし易い、また日の入りが21時ぐらいなのでとても長く観光出来るのが嬉しかった。

立地が良いホテル

Uバーンの入り口が目の前、Sバーンも通りを横切ってすぐの場所にあります。最寄り駅構内のお店が充実していて、食べ物に困りません。ガイドブックに載っていたカリーヴルストのお店witty’sがすぐ近くにありました。とても美味しかったです。お部屋は防音されているようで周りの音がきにならず、快適に過ごせました。またベルリンを訪れる際は利用したいです。
