At The Cottage, enjoy your privacy on a large 1+ acre lot (half wooded). Expect luxury finishes, spa-like bathrooms, and a unique industrial-chic design that sets the tone for a high-end yet comfortable stay. With a unique split floor plan, immerse yourself in the primary suite (w/king bed), featuring a luxury style bath, private seating area and flat screen TV, while your family or guests enjoy the seclusion of a private guest suite w/2 additional bedrooms with shared bath. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other a flex space with 2 daybeds, flat screen TV and additional workspace. You’re going to LOVE gathering in the great room and gourmet kitchen that’s fully equipped for everything from pancake breakfasts to crab feasts. Then slide over to the conversational room where a morning coffee or evening cocktail can be enjoyed. And at the end of your day of exploring the local area, relax on the large, covered back patio space with wood-burning fireplace and large, open backyard! Every detail has been thoughtfully curated with families or traveling friends in mind — spacious common areas, comfortable furnishings, and a layout that balances togetherness and privacy.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you're just 1.5 miles from the wild beauty of Assateague Island — famous for its sandy beaches and wild horses — and within a half-mile of three top-rated golf courses. Whether you’re seeking surf, sand, scenic trails, or a tee time, it’s all within reach.

Need more space for family and friends? Add Assateague Oasis next door the two vacation homes combined can accommodate up to 18 guests, offering the perfect blend of shared and private spaces. (PLEASE NOTE: all adult groups are limited to 14, golf groups are limited to 12).

We had a wonderful stay at The Cottage! The home is beautiful and our hosts thought of everything. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. We had everything we needed. We had family camping at Assateague, and we loved being just a couple minutes drive to the beach. Mia was an excellent host. She was prompt and helpful when I had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We can’t wait to stay here again!
