ルームクリームを遠慮するとミニバーがタダになるのはとてもいいサービスだと思いました。ただ、できればゴミは捨ててほしいのとトイレットペーパーを補充していだけるとありがたいです。特に困ったりはしませんでしたが。

ビジネスクラス　ダブルベッドを予約したのですが、デスクの他にソファ、テーブル付きの広い部屋でした。バス、トイレも別々になってました。ティーゲル空港行の109番のバス停がホテルのすぐ目の前にありますし、空港行き急行のX９番のバス停があるベルリンZOO駅からも５分程度ですので、便利です。

Good access

Nice location and clean room. U-bahn station and bus stop for airport (bus 109) is located in front of this hotel, which is really convenient for access. They offer unique service that we can take free minibar if room cleaning is skipped for more than 2 nights.

中数日おいて2泊と2泊づつしました。その間余分な荷物を快く預かってもらいました。部屋に電気ケトルやマグカップの常備はありませんが、フロントに頼むとすぐ貸してくれます。 2連泊以上で掃除タオル交換を入れない場合、冷蔵庫の中のドリンクが全部無料で飲めるのも良かったです。

広く、清潔で過ごしやすい部屋であった。一番気にしていた繁華街立地での外騒音は聞こえなかった。部屋の外の物音も聴こえないので、防音性がよいホテル。部屋のグレードによると思うがバスタブはなく、シャワーのみなので日本人として気にする方は確認を。立地はSバーンもUバーンもバスもどれも便利。乗り換えなしで大概の観光目的地に行けた。

最高の立地

一人で8泊利用しました。クーダムの真ん中にあり、治安も良く、お店もたくさんありとても便利な場所です。観光の途中で一度帰って休んだりできました。ホテルの前のパン屋さんも早い時間から開いています。他の方が書いておられるように、部屋に湯沸かしポットはなかったのですが、貸していただけたので問題ありませんでした。スタッフの方々も親切だったので、今度ベルリンに行けることがあったらまたぜひ利用したいです。

ロケーションは抜群！

初めての利用でした。ロケーションはとてもよく、地下鉄の駅目の前で、zoo駅にも徒歩圏内でした。フロントの方の対応は感じがよかったです。またチェックイン時にクレジットカードでデポジットが必要でした。外観も綺麗で、お部屋も期待通り！ただ入ってすぐにベットだったのは驚きました。冷蔵庫、冷房もあり、窓も広く、スーツケースも広げられるくらいの広さはあり、ロケーションを考えると大満足でした！ただ入口を見つけるのに時間がかかり、同じところを行ったり来たりしてしまいました。またベルリンに行く際は、利用したいと思います！

立地が良い

私がホテルを選ぶ最優先は立地です。交通の便が良くて、近くで食事が出来て暇もつぶせる所です。飛行場までのバス停は目の前です。もちろんホテルも快適でフロントも必ず声をかけてくれます。気配りがあり好きなホテルです、ただバスタブが欲しかったです。

好アクセス・安心・快適です

連泊で、シングル禁煙部屋を利用しました。4階の部屋でした。シャワーのみ、バスタブなしの部屋ですが、日本のビジネスホテルより少し広めでした。明るく、清潔感のあるお部屋で、特に騒音もなく快適でした。WiFiは無料(パスワード不要）で、さくさく繋がります。備品はシャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーぐらいです。歯ブラシ、洗面道具、ヘアケア、スリッパ等は持参する必要があります。湯沸しポットもありません。

利便性の高いホテル

主要駅（動物園駅）に近く、また、空港までの路線バス（１０９番）のバス停も目の前にあり、大変利便性のよいホテルだと感じました。今回は利用しませんでしたが、ホテルの目の前にイーとインコーナーのあるパン屋さんがあったのと、徒歩５分程度のところにスーパーがあったので食事に困ることもありませんでした。室内にはエアコンもあり、大変心地よく過ごすことができました。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

ロケーションが最高なホテルです

とてもロケーションに優れています。テーゲル空港に暗くなってから着いて不安だったのですが、109番のバスに乗ればホテルの近くまで安全に移動できます。周りにカフェも多いので食べ物に困ることはないですし、何よりホテルの朝食が種類が多く美味しかったです。帰りも109番かX9番のバスのどちらでも快適にテーゲル空港まで帰れます。アメニティーで歯ブラシがないのだけ困りました。

場所が良い

場所がとにかく良いです。空港から夜9時過ぎに109のバスで来たのですが、バス停から明るい通りを通って着くので不安なくホテルに到着できました。バス停も駅も近くにあるので便利です。部屋はバスタブ付きの部屋だったのですが、バスルームに囲いが無いので一緒に行く人を選ぶかもしれません。（私は一人で利用したので、問題ありませんが）

コンパクトで便利なホテル

設備は必要最低限ですが新しくて綺麗。テーゲル空港行きの109番バス停がホテルすぐ側なので最終日重い荷物を持って歩かなくて良かった。ホテル前のパン屋は朝早くから開いてるし、カフェもあります。近くに薬局もあったので急な病気の時に助かりました。また利用したいです。

スタッフが若くて気さく

初め、ダブルベッドだったので、ツインに替えてもらう際、快く追加料金もなくすぐに変更してくれました。チェックインの時に補償金？50€カードチェックがありました。英語が堪能ではないので、デポジットかどうか分からずちょっと不安でしたが、チェックアウトの時に尋ねると引き落とされてはいないので大丈夫ですとのこと。税金等も一切なく現地での支払いは0でした。

キレイなホテルです。

駅からも近いのですが、入り口が通り沿いではないので、少し迷いました。スタッフも対応がよく、室内もとてもキレイです。部屋の真ん中に仕切りがあり、広い部屋が狭く感じたのが残念です。ドイツでは珍しくエアコンでしたので、寒がりな私にはとても助かりました。ホテルの備品の購入(トイレットペーパーなど)がギリギリだったりしたのは、少し残念です。チェックアウトの朝になくなったので、フロントには言いませんでしたが。

The hotel said that there is a cooperation with a 3 minutes walk gym . Opening time 6:00 am I woke up at 5 just to discover the armband doesn’t open the gym and had to go back to the hotel to receive another Upon arrival to the gym it didn’t work and I had to wait outside until the trainer came at 7:05 to let me in ! And he said the open time is at 6 but he starts at 7 and the hotel staff should have known that ! On top of it My dad is disabled person the room we were given was the last one on the floor On top toilet we’re not clean by housekeeping They need to do better One very good review is the location

Very near major train stations, shopping, cafes, etc. Accommodations are quite good themselves, and the area is somewhat busy but very safe, and not noisy.
