Hotel is good and clean in general, large rooms. Not very quiet due to traffic outside. Area around is nice. Hard to find free parking area is very busy but possible.

Room was clean & functional, except the sink stopper not operating as designed, staff were competent and polite enough, without being as helpful as I’ve experienced in other similar style hotels, the breakfast was exceptional! Wide choice and all fresh and tasty! Overall decent value for money!

A fine hotel in the heart of Berlin.

A very nice property in an excellent location, the staff were helpful and friendly, and they were happy to bring me a fan to help keep the room cooler as we arrived in Berlin during a brutal Heat Wave, and the air-conditioning wasn't quite enough. Overall, a great value for the price, and a place I will gladly recommend to other visitors to Berlin.

Although not centrally located, the busses are easily accessible and an S Bahn (city trains) station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It is in a beautiful area, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Outer suburbs of Berlin.

Friendly welcome. Basic room, good size, but ruined by massive pillar in the room. Good sized bathroom, but a shower curtain. Spotlessly clean. Very hard mattress and soft pillows. Like to be able to sit at a table and chairs to eat food or play cards, unable to due to large pillar in the way. No fridge, no kettle. Good transport links- 6 km from city centre. Lots of food places nearby.

Breakfast, staff and service were all excellent. Only criticism was the rooms and dining room were a little too hot. There was no way to lower a/c temperature below 21 degrees particularly at night and dining room windows remained closed in very bright sunshine

Very clean, a very nice hotel, no real complaints. However the air conditioning could have been more effective, especially with the sun streaming in the window for much of the day. I understand the lowest it goes is 21C, which is still very warm during the day for me. A more powerful and obvious source of cooler air would have been preferable,. But the cleanliness with changes of sheets, towels and so on by staff was 100 per cent excellent.

Nice hotel with great staff. They didn’t notice I’d booked single beds but quickly rectified the situation on the day. Breakfast very expensive at €22 got self serve buffet with limited choice but other than that a good stay.

Great place to stay

No complaints about the room or the staff. All very helpful and perfect location for what I was doing. I'd gladly stay there again. I did miss having the chance to make some tea or coffee in my room.
