A room with Breakfast - basic needs sorted.

It was a nice hotel, outside of the main centre, but close enough. I didn't wander too far to see what was around, as I was there for Folsom Europe. Very short walk to the U3 & U7. Breakfast was okay, it is a continental breakfast but still good variety. There was no tea/coffee in the rooms but you could purchase at reception.

Was really great, but not sure about value for money. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but I do think it is a tiny bit expensive for the bare minimum-ness. No fridge in the room for example. A/C was great given how hot it was.

As expected but the room was very warm

The hotel itself was very good, just what you would expect from B&B Hotels. The Breakfast was a good value I think, especially if you like to have more than one cup of coffee with your breakfast. My only complaint was the room temperature. It was late April and it was unseasonably warm but there was no way to cool the room besides opening the window. The cooling system was controlled centrally and provided no measurable air flow or cooling. I would think twice about staying here in summer, but winter would be great.

Amazing hotel but lacking in facilities

The hotel room was lovely and very comfortable and the staff were beyond helpful. However, I was told that the renovations would be complete on the 16th February by one of the staff members via live chat. However, this was not the case and the renovations were still ongoing with the breakfast and bar area cornered off due to the ongoing refurbishment work. One of the lifts was always out of order and then the other lift also kept breaking and we had to keep getting the stairs. This would not normally bother us but my partner has recently bruised her ankle and climbing up and down the stairs was a bit of a strain on her ankle. Also our hotel key key cards kept having to be reset. Overall the style and comfort of the hotel was amazing but the facilities need some work and there needs to be clarification on when and where the renovation work was taking place. Seems a bit unfair for the hotel to charge the same prices when the facilities are not up to scratch.

4 days here. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast as plenty of choice in neighbourhood. Very good receptionists. (Good Vietnamese restaurant across the road). U bahn very close. We felt safe in the area.
