Overall happy

Everything was as we expected. Cleanliness was good, staff were friendly and there was an option to get breakfast added on if you wanted. Location good, very near train station. Little bit of noise from bar nearby but nothing excessive. Overall pleased with our stay :)

The area was surrounded by Bars so weekend it is noisy and as a woman traveling alone it was unsafe. Also the bathroom shower with the lights on at night can be seen from the adjacent windows from the Bedroom. Keep your curtains closed. or bedroom shut while showering and the hot water works but you need to run it for 10-15 mins to get it hot. pillow/bed was comfortable inside was clean breakfast was not the best for the price but Average

Functional but a bit disorganised

Functional and extremely well located. Quiet and bice breakfast. Somewhat disorganised - had to get our door key reprogrammed after each use! Shower produced scalding water unexpectedly, curtains did bit cover the windows fully, two single beds as one bot possible as slid around the floor too much and the room only cleaned once in 3 night stay.

Cheap hotel but good service

This hotel works for a night stay, we had a family room with 3 kids and it is difficult to have 5 bed room in Berlin. So for us it worked well. The area is not the safest but we had our car parked inside, was worth the 12€ extra. The breakfast was not included so we didn’t try it. Wifi included. We had good service by the staff so no complaints about that. As we had 5 beds the room was not that spacious but worked just for sleep

Denne Hotel var så dårligt at vi fik værelset med uden sengen var klar til os og gulvet var støvet og beskidt og alt for mange gæster arbejder som håndværker bor denne hotel og de Larmer og larmer og man sover ikke ikke fred og rå på denne hotel, hvis man er familieejet børn, Så skal man slet ikke bo på Charlottenburg område, pga. alt for meget larm i denne område masser af alkoholiker i område render bare rundt og råber hele natten !! Så vi familie med børn har lært aldrig bo på denne område,, og deres morgenmad var meget kedeligt tørre brød osv..

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, sehr lautes Geschrei im Innenhof, die ganze Nacht, Zimmer total verdreckt und ein komischer Geruch vom Teppich, im Badezimmer viele schimmelige Stellen, in die Dusche kann man nur mit Badeschlappen gehen, Heizkörper total verdreckt, somit man kein Handtuch darüber hängen kann. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich in einem muffigen Keller, alles sehr herunter gekommen und im Zucker krabbelten Tiere. Das Personal auch sehr unfreundlich. Die Fotos sind schon ziemlich veraltet, bitte sich davon nicht verleiten lassen. Jedes Naturfreundehaus oder Jugenherberge wird sauberer sein, wie dieses Hotel.

Ein Mal genügt

Das Hotel hat im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern direkt in der Umgebung mehr Sterne, aber einen deutlich schlechteren Zustand: neue Bodenfliesen im Bad ohne Fugenmasse, die wackeln als Beispiel. Vor dem Haus jeden Morgen / Abend Gruppen von 15-20 Männern mit entsprechender Lautstärke. Das erste Zimmer das ich bekam war völlig verqualmt (das habe ich lange nicht erlebt), wurde aber nach Reklamation anstandslos getauscht. Also insgesamt eine weniger erfreuliche Erfahrung.

Styr unna !!

Rommet lå ved hovedvei, bråk døgnet rundt. Safe var ødelagt, ikke A.C og elendig lufting. Slitte vegger og bad. . Så som så med rengjøring men greit nok liksom. 12 euro for frokost pr pers pr dag, den var elendig.

Camera dignitosa ma non perfetta. L’ultima notte ha cominciato a cadere acqua dal soffitto del bagno. Il telefono in camera non funzionava e siamo dovuti scendere alla reception per avvisarli del problema. Ci hanno fatto cambiare la camera.

Photos are deceiving. Property is run down, somewhat dirty and in a seedy part of Charlottenburg. Lots of people coming and going from the reception (without masks) who are not guests or staff was also a bit off-putting and just plain wierd. Bedding was atrocious.

Das Hotel lag in direkter Nähe zum Ku‘damm und zum S-Bahnhof. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück wurde aufgrund von Corona nicht im Büfettserviert, aber jeder Gast bekam vorbereitet Teller, sodass es einem an nichts mangelte. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn es das nächste mal nach Berlin geht.

Very good location, especially if you want to get around quickly in Berlin. There is an S-Bahn station directly opposite the hotel, a bus station directly in front of the hotel and the subway is a 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is absolutely fine for the price, but above all I felt very safe here despite the current situation. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean and well-kept and are regularly disinfected and there is a no-touch disinfectant dispenser at the reception, for disinfecting hands. The breakfast was good, everything was fresh. Everything was perfectly clean here, too - clean tables, clean cutlery. The food is distributed by the staff so that guests cannot touch the food at the counter. The staff was always friendly and helpful, spoke several languages ​​and the reception was manned even during the night.
