It was wonderful!!! The house was perfect mine and my brothers adult children and their spouses got to spend a wonderful week together. bedrooms afforded privacy while the common areas allowed them to play games, talk. and spend time together. Definitely coming

Fun, Spacious and Great Family Vacation

The house was clean, spacious, plenty of room for two families total of nine with our pets. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with great amenities close to both Ocean City and Assateague. The host is very responsive and also accommodating our needs.

Nice but limited amenities

The property was clean but that's where it starts to go down. There was only one towel per bed and one hand towel per room (total of 4). No washcloths, 1 large frying pan that looked of rust and other scratches, 1 sponge for the kitchen, no drying towel, no potholders for cooking. There was mold in the ceiling of the laundry room, that looks like it's been there for a while. I would not recommend this place for a large group. We had 11 Adults/Children and 2 babies under two.

Lots of space & stairs

Location was fabulous with good separation to allow breathing space if traveling with families. The 1st floor was perfect size for my daughter, her husband & 2 children to stay and have their own private space. The 2nd floor main living room also spacey enough for all of us with plenty of seating g to watch a movie together. 3rd floor bedrooms very spacious with very large master. However the carpet on the 3rd floor was very dirty with many stains. The bed in master were very uncomfortable due to broken bed frames we ended up sleeping in another room after 2 nights. The property manager Chris was willing to get new bed frames in but it would have taken a few days I’m sure he will be replacing soon. Also want to point out many stairs so if you have difficulty with stairs not the place for you. Other than that everything was great. Chris was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner & gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations.

Second year staying here

Chris has been very responsive to any and all of our questions prior to checking in and during our stay. His unit is perfect for three generations of our family. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

Lovely neighborhood

The house was clean and neat. If stairs are a problem for you, this may not be a wise choice since the stairs are many and quite steep. However, the house had a lot of room. The best part of the vacation was the communication before and during the stay with the VRBO contact, Chris Harrison. His responses were quick and always with a kind and helpful tone. Thanks, Chris!!

Close to OCMD

Nice townhouse in gated golf community, bayside across from OCMD. Chris is very responsive and had good communication with us pre-travel and during our stay. It a lot of amenities, but in talking with Chris, kitchen items tend to walk. Golf course is outstanding. Community pool is very nice as alternative to the beach. Would consider returning.

An Amazing Stay

My family and I had an Amazing stay at this Gorgeous Townhouse. The house was Immaculate, Clean, and Spacious for our 10 family members. Spacious beautiful retreat for making beautiful family mem

We achieved the goal that we as a family set out to do. We wanted a beautiful rental property that was big enough for our family with a pool and close to the beaches to start an annual family vacation now that our family is growing. Chris was very professional and accommodating during our whole process. We would definitely refer and rent this property again ourselves!

Nice house.

The house is big enough for two families to stay and enjoy their vacation. When I got there the house was very clean and smelled good, I brought some candles and air freshener in case, but I did not have to use them. My children and my sister’s children loved the house; the kitchen has enough accessories to cook a good meal if you wanted to. The only thing I did not see is an ion when I called the manager he said there’s none, no big deal I went to Walmart and bought one for $10, so if you like your clothes to look nice on you just like me get yourself one. The manager is very nice and he responded to my text very quickly. I will definitely book this place again for vacation if it is available.

Quick stay in Glen Riddle

Chris’s place was beautiful! Very spacious, clean and in a great location. Chris was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. If you are a golfer or someone that loves the beach - this is the perfect spot!
