We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is quiet, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. It’s well located near trains and buses. The spacious balcony overlooking expansive green gardens is an extra bonus. Thanks again for lugging our heavy suitcases upstairs.

Wonderful place in a lovely neighbourhood

This is a great, well organized apartment, with a generous terrace, looking, also from the living room windows, into the heavenly green of beautiful old trees — in a fantastic location, where one can explore the "Mexikoplatz", walk to the "Schlachtensee" and have a meal in the restaurant "Fischerhütte", take the bus or S-Bahn to many other places. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a quiet area

We had a very pleasant stay while visiting for the Berlin Marathon. The apartment was exactly as pictured, the host even prepared the baby bed and baby towels for my infant! The property is a very short walk away from the Mexiloplatz train station and therefore it was very easy to get to the rest of the city.

Ideal Location and Facilities

The apartment was spacious and comfortably housed my husband and myself with our three adult children. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was easy to cook for ourselves or go out to one of the local cafes or restaurants. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony so that we could enjoy the delightful weather in Berlin during our stay. The bathroom and toilet were separate - making it a lot easier for a family group. The apartment was very easy to find as it is located close to the Mexikoplatz Station. It is situated in a quiet residential area and close to all the amenities.The owner was very helpful in responding to our queries and ensuring that we had everything we needed. We are very thankful for such a lovely place for our family get-away.

Es war sehr unkompliziert, die Wohnung zu erreichen, und der Check-in lief reibungslos.Die Wohnung hat genügend Platz für zwei dreiköpfige Familien geboten. Zur Familie in der Nachbarwohnung, die ebenfalls mit Kind angereist war, hat sich ganz natürlich Kontakt über die gemeinsame Dachterrasse ergeben. Die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight. Und der Schlachtensee ließ sich problemlos auch ohne Auto, dafür mit zwei vierjährigen Kindern zu Fuß erreichen.

4 heiße Tage in Berlin

Die Wohnung ist im wesentlichen ok und gut eingerichtet. Aber bei Außentemperaturen von 35*C war es innen (auf Grund der schlechten Isolierung) mit 30*C kaum auszuhalten. Ein Klimagerät ist dringend zu empfehlen.Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unseren drei erwachsenen Kindern in Berlin und haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit einer Dachterrasse und nur ein paar Gehminuten zur S-Bahn Mexikoplatz. Wenn der Großstadttrubel einem zu viel wird, ist es ebenfalls sehr nah bis zum Schlachtensee und zur Krummen Lanke. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
