"We loved staying here instead of staying in Amsterdam for our trip to the Netherlands. This location is incredible to enjoy Haarlem and to transit into Amsterdam, Zaandam, and Zaanse Schans as the train/bus station is right across from the hotel. There is also bike rental next door which we rented bikes to bike out to the tulips fields (Tulip Experience) and Zaanvoort. Overall, our room was great, bed was comfortable, front desk was helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Bed hurt our backs. The shower was a wash room which was not advertised. The door handle to the bedroom was broken and locked us in (fire risk). We found fake eyelashes on the bed. No one on the front desk when we walked past both days to ask to switch rooms. The window was so high up we couldn’t reach it. The tv didn’t work and wasn’t set up on any channels. Not worth the money"

"Excelente Ubicacion. Personal Super Atento y explicitos con todo , en especial el Sr. Nuno ( Portugal ). Restaurant y Bar excelente comida y mucha cantidad. Habitacion Grande , Baño Grande. Lo unico es que el Aire Acondicionado como que se apagaba ( sin estar en AUTO ) cerca de las 2 AM y reencendia como a las 6 AM ( se pasaba un poco de calor ) pero como el clima exterior estaba bueno pues se sentia menos el calor. Todo Excelente"

"Large comfortable rooms although the set up for one was not so user friendly - with a large banana shaped bath tub in middle - so hard to use for multiple people ( 3 teens ). Excellent coffee and tea station, kept bikes safe in courtyard, close walk to everything, would stay again."

"Amazing location. Hotel rooms and halls a little dated. We visited in April and opened our window for cool air. Not sure what happens in summer. Bring flip flops for shower. "

"The hotel was centrally located so it was easy to get around. It was about a 12-minute walk to the central train station. There were plenty of restaurants within an easy walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very quiet."
