Just a short walk from the pedestrian zone and the main shopping streets, this quiet apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building. A one-of-a-kind apartment overlooking the main street and a quiet inner courtyard.



The apartment features an entryway leading to a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen, a relaxation area with a TV, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small, shaded, private terrace—perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.



The space

• The entryway living room, with access to the small terrace, features an elegant glass dining table that seats 4 people



• The relaxation area has a beautiful sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, and a 50" TV.



• The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and all the tableware needed for 4 people.



• In the sleeping area, the master bedroom is very spacious, with large closets and dressers available for guests



• The bathroom, which has a window, features a large shower with a shower enclosure and a waterfall showerhead, as well as a distinctive custom-built compartment for personal items; in addition to a toilet and bidet, there is also a washing machine, which guests are free to use.



• The apartment is also equipped with a security door and double-glazed windows.



• A welcome kit is included, featuring towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything needed for cooking (pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.)



• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.



Guest access

The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated historic building, in a very central yet surprisingly quiet area of Bergamo. Just a few meters away are Piazza Pontida and Via XX Settembre, the city’s main pedestrian area, famous for shopping, bars, and its lively atmosphere.



Today, the area is the heart of city life, perfect for aperitifs, restaurants, and strolls among historic buildings. The train and bus stations are about a 15-minute walk away, while the airport is about a 10-minute drive away.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.



After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message with all the information and a link to check in online (which must be done online before your arrival) through our partner Vikey.



At check-in, each guest will be asked to present a valid ID for registration purposes.



SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE AND ON THE BALCONY.
