Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren sehr groß. Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig. Das Personal war auch super zuvorkommend dies gilt für das Personal an der Rezeption, das Personal in der Gastronomie und auch das Putzpersonal. Wir hatten nachträglich Halbpension gebucht und jeden Tag hab es eine andere Vorspeise, ein anderes Hauptgericht (4 verschiedene und eins davon vegetarisch, welches man auswählen konnte) und ein Dessert. Man konnte auch super mit dem Bus zu den sehenswerten Locations fahren. (Wie z.B. Königssee und Jenner) Somit kann man sagen in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Berchtesgaden, welchen wir immer empfehlen würden.

Great hotel

Room was very clean, staff were very nice, balcony has great view, excellent breakfast, nothing we don’t like! Oh , and the half board dinner was excellent, for €29 per person you get 3 court dinner plus salads bar, deluoabd well presented!

Stayed three nights. Great location to walk to the Berchtesdgaden HBF station and get around the area. Clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxed overall. Restaurant was very good as well

Tatsächlich etwas laut wegen der Verkehrslage beim geöffneten Fenster, trotzdem geschlafen wie ein Stein. Personal großartig, sehr hilfsbereit, auskunftsfreudig und sehr sehr freundlich! Tolles Frühstück, schöne Saunalandschaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, and nice continental breakfast. Did not have air condition or washer/dryer as advertised in Expedia. Did not know adult only meant clothing optional in pool/sauna and had a 14/17 year old booked with us prior to adult only. Would have appreciated knowing this.

We chose AlpenHotel Fischer because of its advertised four-star rating, but our stay was disappointing. Although the location is excellent and our room was spacious, it felt outdated and had a strong musty, moldy odor throughout our stay. The hotel is in need of refurbishment and better ventilation. Parking is free but extremely limited with very tight spaces. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. There was no one at the entrance to greet or seat guests, so we chose an available table overlooking the mountains. As we finished breakfast, we were told we were sitting at the wrong table and were moved to a separate windowless dining room with a noticeable musty smell. We later learned the main dining area was reserved for half-board guests, but this policy was never explained at check-in. While getting water, my husband overheard a staff member remark, "Americans," while shaking her head. We reported the incident to the front desk. Sabrina handled the situation professionally and explained the seating policy, but the experience left a very negative impression. After returning home, we found older reviews describing similar experiences, including American guests being seated in the same musty room while the main dining area remained largely empty. The hotel's location near Eagle's Nest, Wimbachklamm, and Lake Königssee is excellent, and both Sabrina and Raphael at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Authentic Bavaria

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it keeps getting better! If you are looking for a quaint authentic German mountain hotel this is what you want! They are friendly and the breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend!

Great, but short stay

We only stayed one night while coming back from a longer trip, but I'm glad we picked this place. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sauna and pool area was superb. We ate breakfast and dinner there, and both were great. I also loved how pet-friendly they were, and how convenient the location was to the Eagle's Nest. I also appreciated the city discount card they provided.

Alles in allem gibt es hierzu nichts negatives zu berichten, wenn überhaupt etwas verbessert werden sollte könnten evtl. die sehr weichen Matratzen in den Betten ausgetauscht werden. Dies ist aber sicherlich ein supjektives Gefühl jedes einzelnen.

Wonderful stay in Berchtesgaden

Very nice staff, who made all possible to keep everything clean and customers safe. Good location if you are a hiker, easy access to many hiking trails. Hotel is a little worn out but did not bother me since everything was so clean and well organized

Nice hotel

It's a nice and comfortable hotel, locate at a convenient location (very close to the bus stop and information center). The only thing that made us feel confused and a little bit disappointing was we booked the room at Hotels.com, but we got a lower-grade room. But the staff provided us free dinner to compensate for the price difference. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it's a not bad choice when you travel to Berchtesgaden.
