    Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space that feels both stylish and welcoming. The open-concept layout includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting bedrooms that offer the perfect place to recharge after a day of adventure. The owner’s suite features a plush king-size memory foam bed, while two full-size bunk beds (each supporting up to 700 lbs) provide flexible, durable sleeping options. With high-speed WiFi, streaming services, and plenty of natural light, it’s a great spot to unwind—or sneak in some remote work if needed.

    Step outside to a spacious back deck and fire pit—perfect for post-ride hangouts or evening s’mores under the stars. Guests have access to the garage for secure bike storage or parking, as well as both street-side and rear parking. (Please avoid parking on the grass or in front of neighboring homes.)

    Pet-friendly perks:
    We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (combined weight of 100 lbs or less) for a $50 pet fee per dog. For approved pups, we provide a complimentary doggie bundle including toys, towels, waste bags, and crates to help your furry companions feel right at home.

Great property - perfect for our family biking trip. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including toys for our two dogs. Great location close to town and trails. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and the hosts were more than accommodating. They truly thought of everything guests might need to make their stay enjoyable. Communication was wonderful, we received quick replies to any questions we had. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to the downtown making the location perfect. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Bentonville and will definitely be back!

Tony was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was very clean with lots of room, and had everything we needed. It has a nice fenced in play area that our dogs loved! Great location, very close to all that Bentonville has to offer. Would highly recommend!

Our group was mainly in the area for hiking & biking. Home exactly as listed and is in a great location for trails & downtown fun. Bonus about this house was an attached garage to store our bikes and do maintenance. Even has a hose to use to wash our bikes. Owner was easy to work with.

Tony was very responsive. Had some issues with the washing machine and he helped troubleshoot them. The place seemed clean on the surface but as we stripped the beds as part of the check out procedure we discovered otherwise. Tony did respond to our discovery and was very apologetic and assured us the issue would be addressed.

We loved our stay! The house was great for families or groups coming in to explore the NWA mountain biking scene. This was our first time to stay on this side of Bentonville and we appreciated the proximity to trails, groceries, gasoline, and restaurants. The house exceeded our expectations and the host was communicative and kind.

Our stay was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to the mountain bike trails. Coler was less than 2 miles away and Slaughter Pen was less than 5 miles, all easily rideable mostly via bike path. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Would definitely stay again!
