「we had a wonderful visit. everyone was very friendly and the resort had a good vibe. You could tell the couple that run this place, enjoy their job and made us feel welcome. When we arrived there was pork butts slow roasting in the smoker and a nice fire in the fire pit. They were catering to a group of hunters and showing them a good time. 「Property was very clean and we liked our location across from the cove's beach and playground. Very friendly owner. Rented wave runners and a boat and that process was fairly smooth. It's a large property -- larger than I envisioned -- so there's a lot of distance to cover between accommodations, restaurant/office, and marina. We had a family of 6, so just did drop offs and pickups with our vehicle. Otherwise, a golf cart rental would be helpful. Kids loved the pool. Not very big but great "baby...
