The beds were poor, and the upstairs needs window A/C in each bedroom. Tiny upstairs bathroom. Lots of poison ivy outside

Everything is great except the pool was not heated for the temperature. The light in the oven didn't work.

This was a very nice place. Roomy for 15 people, very nice pool. Close to the beach. The host was easy to contact. Our only problem was a storm that took the power out after we were only there for 24 hours. The temperature was in the high 80’s and humidity was high. The house got very hot and was almost impossible to sleep unless you were on the first level. The only problem was there was only the master bedroom on that floor. So several slept on the floor and others sweated it out for a night. The following night still no power so several left, 1 family went to a hotel and the other family went home. The next day still no power so we left a day early. We totally enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach it was the nights that were unbearable. All of this was no fault of the host just bad luck with no refunds.Had it not been for the loss of electricity this would be a five star place.
