Hotel estilo executivo, quarto espaçoso, assim como o banheiro! Bem localizado e com bastante vagas no estacionamento. O café é bom, simples, mas tem frutas, pães, suco, pão de queijo. Bem satisfeita com a escolha.

Pessima experiencia. O quarto e banheiro estavam em pessimas condicoes de higiene, box sujo, chão com pelos e cabelos, visivelmente não foi limpo após saída dos últimos hóspedes. Quarto com chão de laminado soltando… café da manha sem variedade e o que tinha não era gostoso.

Hotel excelente se não fosse o cheiro de mofo horrível nos quartos. Este cheiro inclusive ficou impregnado em nossa roupa usada para dormir. Atendimento do colaboradores foi excelente e instalações muito boas.

Foi uma surpresa muito positiva! O quarto muito confortável, ar condicionado extremamente silencioso, cama e travesseiros de qualidade, e roupas de cama bem limpas. O café da manhã é bem caprichado e preparado com muita qualidade. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes!

Demora no check in

Check in muito demorado, tinha somente 1 atendente que solicitou que aguardasse sentado pq ele estava atendendo outro hospede, sentei na frente do balcão e depois dele finalizar esse atendimento ele atendeu outro que estava em pé e não me chamou, sendo que insisti que ficaria em pé aguardando para ser atendido e ele insistiu para que eu sentasse.

Pra ruim tem que melhorar

Área do café da manhã com 4 aparelhos de ar condicionado, que os funcionários ficavam dizendo que estavam estragados. Quatro aparelhos?! Nunca mais me pega. Ainda indiquei para um amigo, que foi com sua família. É para piorar alugaram o quarto para o meu amigo, sem ter disponibilidade. Tiveram que adaptar e meu amigo teve que ficar com a família dividida em 2 quartos.

Pelo valor que é cobrando, deixou a desejar. O banheiro faltou shampoo e o marco da porta do quarto quase caiu na cabeça do meu marido, pois estava solto. No café da manhã foi um caos. Faltou copos, pratos e algumas comidas. Creio que o hotel não esteja preparado para uma demanda maior.
