Overpriced Stay

Front desk clerk was a welcome sight. Very friendly and able to provide the best information about the hotel. The room was not so clean. Sheets looked like they had not been changed just done. Bathroom toilet was dirty and unclean. Room smelled like cigarrete eventhough there is a no smoke policy. Overpriced for the the way it looks and its amenities

It’s an older property but it’s nice and it gets the job done! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant. The only draw back is that there is no elevator, but we would stay here again.

Room was filthy. Toilet had feces smeared all over it and the floor. No staff available to clean it. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and do it myself. No other room available. Window broken and would not close properly. Plug missing from bathroom sink. Tub so dirt we would not even use it. Carpet in hallway and stairs very dirty. DO Not Stay Here Ever

Corners of the room could be cleaner but the bed was nice and comfy. We were pleased with Levi at the front desk and the breakfast was good. The value for what we paid was good! Would stay again if in the area.

Great 2 night stay!

The hotel was fully booked when I checked in and I still got great customer service. One of the quietest hotels we’ve stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable, we loved that it was wood floor instead of carpet. Housekeeping was helpful in providing extra towels when needed. The breakfast was decent - good coffee and waffles. If ever in Benson again, we would book here again.

We got a very good price on our family room, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable, clean, attractive, and spacious room, a nice little breakfast room, and very pleasant and helpful staff. I plan to stay at this Days Inn next time we visit Benson. It provided everything we needed and was pleasant as well.

I booked for 3 seniors, Doble beds well that’s NO DOBLE BEDS grrrrrrr am so mad, I call in front desk and he told me for two beds that’s NO QUEEN SIZE BEDS GRRRRRRRRRR It’s just tween beds. So disappointed but 2 of the seniors where disabled it was hard but other then that EXCELLENT.

Front desk was very friendly. Location was perfect for us, right next to the freeway, that way we could continue your trip. The only thing I was not happy, it was the few hairs I found in the bathroom. Somethibg splashed on the wall, too.
