"It’s a nice resort"

"This nice motel by a lovely creek has great beds (not too hard, not too soft) and quality soaps and shampoos. Breakfast from 8 to 10am includes fresh strawberries and blueberries, oranges, apples, pears, and bananas, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. Coffee was good plus orange juice and milk were available. And if you are so inclined, fresh baked chip cookies were also available. Service was personal and friendly. The motel is 20 minutes from Bennington College and 15 from downtown Bennington. We would stay there again if we came to town."

"My impression is that this refurbished historic motel from the mid-20th century is owner operated. Plainly the staff try very hard to give you a good experience. This said, the room stank of disinfectant, so badly that I had to open all the windows for a hour or two to clear the room. Also the property backs against train tracks, which are in use. Otherwise fine."

"I absolutely love the Maple Terrace Motel. The rooms are spacious and incredible fresh and clean and the grounds are really beautiful sitting just beneath a gorgeous horse farm and large sweeping willow trees. The views are stunning and especially from the pool area and gorgeous fire pit and chair circle which is such a joy to sit in and observe the horses in the field or beautiful Berkshire sky above. The owners of this establishment are very welcoming and could not be nicer and are great to share information about the area. I would recommend the Maple Terrace Motel to anyone."

"This place is amazing! Very clean, well maintained, super accommodating, and they take continental Breakfast to a whole new level. it looks like a portrait cuz of the care and effort put into it. Great way to start your day Coffee, juice, milk, fruit, and I mean fruit, every fruit you can think of, nuts, variety of assorted bagels, bread, muffins, yogurt. But most of all the, energy, happy, positive, and helpful."
