The motel looked a little old, tired, but the room was very clean and spacious, moderately priced, and very close to town. The staff was busy but helped immediately.

The rooms are spacious, but our room had a dip/depression on one area of the floor. The room was clean, but the bathroom (shower & toilet) floor under the towel bars was not clean. It was interesting checking in, as there is not a obvious place to check in. I knocked on the door of the house attached to the motel and a gentleman didn't realize we had a reservation and helped us check in.

The room was supposed to be 2 king beds, but it was 2 queens so we had to sleep in separate beds. When we walked in there were spider webs and various insects everywhere. The floor was very uneven with various holes. Some had toilet paper stuffed in them because there was no Kleenex provided in the room. The good parts were a large bathroom counter, a nice shower head, the tv worked, and the mattresses were decent. Keep in mind there’s no amenities, but it’s affordable compared to everything else around. However, the whole place needs a renovation.

Greeted at reception door and not let in. Man I presume is owner just handed us our keys through the cracked door and pointed direction to the rooms. No mention of wifi nor did we see any sign of it in our rooms. Very dated. Rooms were big. Heater worked. A bit musty. Has a fridge and microwave. Shower was good. Bathroom floor and wall was a bit dirty. Big backyard w back door in the room. Convenient location. Decor is interesting. Plenty of parking. Good for wheelchair access as all on ground level. Ok for a night or two for the price. OK but not likely to stay again.

Great location for our trip. Big room and the AC worked but seriously dated. Soap from a previous guest I assume still left in the shower. Wouldn't stay there again but ok for our purpose.

Nice quiet pleasant one night stay , could never get onto WiFi . There was hand written note with password in room , never worked . Service is spotty in the area . So would suggest getting that information when you check in . Stay was pleasant. Rooms old but clean

Little outdated but fit the area. The floor is a little spongy and slopes downward. Office not clear when arriving after dark. Room had clean beds needs some updating and precheck before someone checks in.

It was eight o’clock when we arrived and everything was locked up. After knocking several times a man in only his shorts came to the door, handed us a key and told us to leave it in the room. After about 30 minutes we realized we were sharing the room with a family of mice. To say the least we did not sleep that night as they were running under the bed and other furniture in the room.

The room was clean, but very run down — soft uneven floors, very out of date decor, musty smell. Staff is courteous and helpful. Air conditioning was cold and effective. Water pressure strong, hot water plentiful. Parking was ample. The environment felt safe, as does most of Vermont, but the door lock was old and not strong, I didn’t leave any valuables in the room while I was out. And the security deadbolts did not work at all. I probably wont stay there again as there are better options similarly priced in the area. But if you have to, it’s at least clean.

We ended up not staying there. It was a scary property. After reading the comments we should have never reserved this disgusting place. It has a very bad history. Not what I remember from years ago.
