"The ice machine was broken, the chairs in the room looked like they had nut (sex stains) stains on them, carpet was stained in spots, the ac unit barely cooled the room off, the bathroom vent had black stuff all around it(mold maybe?). Other than that it was an ok stay for the price of the room., you get what you pay for."

"This is a great booking if you’re looking for a family friendly space. There’s a nice backyard with a playset. If you’re traveling with dogs, this is a very relaxed area. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this stay."

"We have been blessed to have Turk lake available for us twice in the last year to allow us to say our final good byes to my mother and father in law 1 year apart exactly. The beautiful view and feeling of being completely secluded with the convenience of a restaurant/bar with live music next door is unmatched. thank you for allowing us to share in your little piece of heaven as we Mourn these losses."

"This was our third stay, we visit when picking our kiddo up from Blue Lake Fine Arts camp. We had a nice walk downtown and love that a snack run is less than a block away at the gas station. Everything was closed downtown due to the holiday/ weekend, but it looked super cute too. Host is the nicest, and a big part of why we keep coming back!"

"The house was very clean and had more than what we needed for sure! Unfortunately, the weather was very cold and rainy! Not what we planned or hoped for. But, there was so much space and areas for the 15 of us and it worked out just fine! We did rent the pontoon and it was in great shape and we enjoyed our rides despite being freezing! lol We would definitely rent again."

"Private, beautiful, family friendly, easy to use pedal pontoon, kayaks, paddle boards, row boats. Blackstone. Hugh firepit. A little slice of Heaven. Host is fantastic. Instant response to running out of propane. Saw large deer, cranes, turtles the size of spare tires, even woke up to a peacock at the back door! We always have an amazing time and hate to leave. We all meet in the middle of the lake to fish, float, or sightseeing, then we gather around a roaring fire for s’mores and hotdogs. There’s something for everyone!"
