Holiday Home Marija with pool 6+2

Holiday Home Marija is located in the peaceful village of Buković near Benkovac and is an ideal choice for families or smaller groups looking for comfortable accommodation. The house accommodates optimally six and up to a maximum of eight guests (with children). It features three bedrooms – two double rooms with an additional baby cot and one children's room with a bunk bed and a baby cot as well. An extra bed is available in the living room in the form of a sofa bed for two people. For the youngest guests, a high chair, BabyBjorn bouncer, and Ergobaby carrier are available on request, as well as a changing table and baby bathtub.



The house includes two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a dining table, and a spacious living room with a TV. The entire space is heated via underfloor heating, and the living room and one double bedroom are air-conditioned. Right next to the house is a large children's playground with one goal and a playhouse with swings, seesaws, and a slide, making this property particularly suitable for families with children. Guests have access to a swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a hydromassage function built into the pool steps. A spacious terrace with outdoor seating is perfect for relaxing outdoors. One garage parking space and three additional parking spaces in the courtyard are available.



Younger groups are allowed only upon request. Pets are not allowed.



During your stay in Benkovac and the surrounding area, you can visit the local museum, explore nearby cycling and hiking trails, or take a day trip to the coast. The house is about 15 kilometers from the sea and approximately 35 kilometers from Zadar, making it an excellent starting point for exploring both inland Dalmatia and the Adriatic coast.
