I guess I would call this hotel Authentic.
This was a very neat property, much different than commercial hotels. The owners were very accommodating as our Spanish was not good. They took care of arranging all taxis and recommended restaurants. Great experience

Was fine.
They were easy to contact as needed. Laundry is paid extra. Was uncomfortable leaving my valuables in the room. Did not want the facilities used such as the grill and the in room kitchen.
