This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa, with stunning views of the sea and the countryside, was renovated in 2023/2024, has a capacity of 8 people MAXIMUM.

Our house has four bedrooms with air conditioning and for people with allergies, latest generation fans with programmable speed and light.
Each window in the bedrooms is equipped with mosquito nets and shutters, two bathrooms with shower, two fitted kitchens with dishwashers, fridges, etc ... two living rooms - dining rooms.

This villa is located in one of the most attractive destinations in Spain: the coastal area of ​​the Costa Blanca. It is surrounded by the Moscatel vineyards, nestled in a quiet area, protected by the countryside.
Its fully fenced garden, its different terraces and relaxation areas, will bring you the peace and quiet you are looking for to make the most of your stay.

A private swimming pool of 4 x 8 m, will offer you a pleasant relaxation area with its outdoor shower and its aperitif corner.

The villa is close to the different beaches of Moraira, Benissa, Javea, Calpe, and about an hour from Valencia by motorway (free in Spain).

The Costa Blanca is the ideal region of Spain to practice all water sports, fishing, canoeing, jet-skiing or simply to relax and enjoy its beautiful climate all year round, whether with family, friends or simply as a couple.
