The Villa is located on the heights of Calpe, “Oltamar” for a quiet holiday but close enough to services. Supermarket 3.6 km, Calpe Center 4.2 km and sandy beach 4.4 km.
Equipment: Hairdryer. Iron. Washing machine. Air conditioning: in the living room and in all bedrooms.
Inside: Large living/dining room (with TV and access to the covered terrace and swimming pool). Independent and fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob, Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and an en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite bathroom). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed - NB: this room has no windows). Outside: Large unfenced plot with beautiful terraces. Covered barbecue. Private 9 x 4 m swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. Parking on the plot for 2 to 3 vehicles.
