Villa Rosenberg has upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and 1 spacious room, overlooking the private pool, with two single beds, new luxury bathroom, living room with sea view and a kitchen with open NAYA dining where both sea view and the clear starry sky can be admired. The living room has a high efficiency (wood) fireplace for the winter guests and patio doors with French balconies with sea view.
In every room of the house there is air conditioning and heating. The whole house has double glazing, modern tilt and turn windows and mosquito nets. The original white Spanish villa stays wonderfully cool on the hottest days.
Villa Rosenberg is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bays and beaches. Moraira and Benissa are very popular with different nationalities and therefore there are many cozy bars and restaurants in the dream bays and on the beaches. Benissa Costa is also called the IBIZA of the mainland because of the same fabulous bays and vibes!
Shops: the luxury supermarket with fresh butcher and fish Pepe La Sal is around the corner. A new large Aldi down the street (850 m) and there across the street a good restaurant and Moraira center within 10 minutes by car. Bay Cala Baladrar 1500 meters away with beach bar / restaurant. All other bays are in a row and are connected by a breathtakingly beautiful UNESCO world heritage walking path (Paseo Ecologico); Magic! And that down your street!
Villa Rosenberg has sea view and mountain view. Beautiful planting and is situated with a lot of privacy. You enjoy the peace here and only hear waving palm trees, birds, crickets but still the coziness within walking distance.
