Large and comfortable holiday house with communal pool in Benissa, Costa Blanca, Spain for 4 persons. The house is situated in a coastal and residential area, at 2 km from Cala Baladrar beach and at 5 km from Moraira. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with trees and a lawned communal garden with trees. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out make this an ideal holiday house to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

- Reservations for groups of young people are not allowed

- Organising student parties, farewell parties and drinking parties are prohibited in this holiday home.

- This holiday home is only available for recreational purposes. Bookings in the name of a company will be cancelled and possible cancellation fees will be charged.
