Staff lovely very friendly, couldn't do enough. Food and drinks excellent if you weren't happy they would gladly change it no problem. Rooms clean. Areas clean. I always find the small hotels look after you and this one certainly does. No entertainment but hotels close by you can go in

Great stay.

Hadn't stayed here before and it's a lovely hotel. Far enough away from the strip but close to the old town, and only one street away from the front. Fabulous choice of breakfast, both hot and cold, but were surprised that the evening menu is waiter service, and the same choice of around 8 mains each day. However the food is excellent, and the waiting staff, like everyone in the hotel, are really pleasant and friendly. Rooftop pool and bar are fabulous, but the usual problem with British guests putting towels on sunbeds and leaving them empty for 3 or 4 hours. Great views out to sea. The downstairs cafe is always busy at night, and it's a good sign that mainly locals use it. Would definitely visit again.

Great location 😀

This is my 2nd stay. The service this time was much better than my first visit. The receptionist changed room for me with no quibble and was happy to help. The cleaners were fantastic and do an amazing job. So friendly! The team at breakfast were happy smiley and a joy to be around. Breakfast has something for everyone. The room was adequate size but the bathroom was very tiny! The room faced the sea and had a fantastic view. I would come back again but would not be comfortable with a carpark view (initial room assigned) but was quickly changed on request. Location is great.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. One block from sea front. Very clean & comfortable too. Good variety for breakfast.Only thing that only have one machine for Coffee & very slow Americano & only gives half a cup of a small cup. Friendly staff all round hotel. Noise when putting chairs outon a morning in the Burger bar below & packing them up on a morning. Great location for new town & a short stroll for old town. Lovely touch with fridge in room. Hotel give you water in fridge when arrive. kettle too with Tea/coffe too. Great views on roof top too with comfy double canopy beds. Overall great & I would stay again if price is reasonable again.

Great location

Pros - Excellent location for old and new town, very clean hotel both rooms and communal areas spotless, rooms are well decorated with a modern feel. Breakfast had a good choice and was well presented (be aware that it doesn't start until 08:00 if early riser). Cons - Rooms at the back of hotel had a view over a car park (lowest floor view was dire).we was able to move rooms from back to front of hotel (really nice guy on reception) but may not always be an option. Rooms had little or no sound proofing (ear plugs a must if light sleeper). Lifts were slow so used stairs, not really an issue for us but one to bear in mind.

Hotel is gemoderniseerd maar geen structurele verbeteringen. Het is enorm gehorig en dat vind ik erg storend. Ik kon precies horen wat de buren zeiden. Zelfs een lichtknopje aan/uit hoorde je. Super hinderlijk. Het ontbijt was oké maar niet mega uitgebreid. De airco/verwarming is verouderd en stoffig. Personeel erg vriendelijk en de hygiëne was goed.

Het hotel zelf is prima, standaard en als je niet er veel bent goed genoeg. De bedden zijn kei hard, maar het personeel probeert je wel te helpen. Ik had in de recensies gelezen dat het ontbijt top moest zijn, dit vonden wij als echte ontbijt liefhebbers erg tegen vallen. De kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt en personeel was heel vriendelijk.

En dehors de l’emplacement, hôtel très moyen

Hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Restauration nulle à par le petit déjeuner qui est correct. Le service chambre laisse à désirer, la femme de chambre fait le ménage à sa guise , un jour oui un jour non. Bref en dehors de l’emplacement idéal, l’hôtel ne répond à aucun critère de 4 étoiles sauf évidemment le prix . Mais au même emplacement, on peut trouver meilleur qualité prix .

Acogedor y buena ubicacion

Estuve en este hotel antes de la reforma y he vuelto tras reformarse. Decir que destaca por ser acogedor y dispone de buena ubicacion. La habitacion estuvo muy limpia y resaltar la amabilidad de la persona de recepcion, en este caso Thais que se mostro cercana y amable en todo momento.
